Dialogue with democratic stakeholders -kanthalai

Discussion with Democratic Stakeholders and People's Grievance Field was held on 20.02.2024 at 9.30 AM in Kandalai Pradeshiya Sabha Assembly Hall.
AHRC's program to bring together democratic stakeholders brings together the regional councils, civil organizations and media persons every 45 days to reveal the problems identified in the community and propose solutions and to inform the public about the activities of the regional council and to establish transparency and accountability. Based on this, Kandalai Pradeshiya Sabha officers, regional civil organizations and media persons were also present.
Various issues faced by the people were explored during this discussion. In particular, drinking water issue and road reconstruction were discussed. In this discussion, AHRC's coordinator Kandumani Lavakusarasa, deputy coordinator Akurasa Madan, N. Ismia and other officials were also present.
